Business Intelligence Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented BI Specialist with expertise in Power BI to join our team. The role is focused on developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions that support key organizational goals. As a BI Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing reporting systems, creating interactive dashboards, and providing actionable insights to drive business decision-making. The role also involves working closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements, troubleshooting data-related issues, and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of business data. Experience with other BI tools such as Tableau or QlikView will be considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to meet business needs.
• Perform data modeling and data transformation using Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and provide analytical insights.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and ensure smooth BI system performance.
• Optimize BI reports and performance through data modeling best practices.
• Conduct user training and support for Power BI tools and reports.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a BI role, with a strong focus on Power BI.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in Power BI including DAX, Power Query, and report/dashboard design.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and transforming data.
• Familiarity with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView) is a plus.
• Languages: Fluent in English. Arabic is an advantage.
