Roles and responsibilities:

Looking to hire an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in leading technology initiatives. This role is ideal for a driven, proactive professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels in client management. As a key player in transforming client businesses, the ideal candidate will be a strong leader and collaborative team player with excellent project management skills. You will be the primary liaison for the client in Oslo, Norway, ensuring customer success through strategic planning and execution.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and implementation of software solutions for a key client, overseeing all stages from requirements gathering to development, QA, UAT, and final release, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to deeply understand their business objectives.

Act as Scrum Master for two Scrum teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, tracking team progress, and removing obstacles to ensure seamless delivery.

Maintain a focus on the quality of both requirements and software releases, ensuring all requirements are well-documented and releases are thoroughly tested.

Proactively manage project risks and issues, developing action plans to mitigate potential challenges.

Set and manage expectations for both the client and project teams, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and client satisfaction, continuously enhancing the client partnership.

Manage project scope through a structured change control process, ensuring any adjustments are properly documented and approved.

Provide regular program-level reporting, covering operational, quality, and financial metrics.

Identify potential growth opportunities for the client, aligned with the company's strategic objectives. Qualifications:

5+ years of experience managing complex software development programs and projects, particularly in Agile/Scrum environments.

Experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business Analyst is highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management methodologies.  Proven track record in managing large-scale client relationships, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.

Experience leading geographically distributed teams, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery.

Demonstrated ability to navigate various technical domains, understanding challenges, risks, and business impacts.

Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to lead scoping and design sessions, resolve conflict


Must have skills and experience:
