This role requires close collaboration with designers, product managers, and back-end developers to create responsive, user-friendly web applications, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Job Description
- Lead the architecture, and development of the advertising platform, including Advertising Setup, Admin Management, Ads CRM, Ads SRM, and MCN Portal.
- Work closely with designers, product managers, and back-end developers to build responsive, user-friendly web applications, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings to share best practices, drive consistency in engineering processes, and collaboratively address challenges.
- Oversee the entire development life cycle, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the front-end applications remain highly available.
- Build and guide a self-driven team, promoting best practices in development and continuously optimizing for reliability and scalability.
- Stay updated on the latest web technologies and trends, evaluating their potential use within the organization to enhance our products.
- At least 5 years of experience in front-end development, with expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in architecture and development for advertising platforms.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience, including managing front-end projects and leading
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Expertise in performance optimisation tools (e.g., Webpack, Rollup, Vite) and front-end engineering practices.
- Deep understanding of webpage loading and rendering, with a passion for enhancing user experience.
- Strong logical thinking and a proactive, results-driven mindset with a sense of ownership
- Experience in developing large-scale ToB single-page applications (SPAs).
- Experience in Full-stack development such as Node.js, Express, SSR, GraphQL, DB.
