Position Summary:

  • We are seeking a curious and analytical Statistical Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will develop, refine, and implement statistical models, leveraging advanced techniques such as conjoint analysis, segmentation, and regression modeling to deliver insights that drive business decisions. You will collaborate closely with project teams to translate complex statistical concepts into actionable insights for clients.
  • This position offers the opportunity to grow into a leadership role in modeling and methodology, making a direct impact on the company’s analytical capabilities.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Choice Modeling: End-to-end development of models, from experimental design to data analysis and simulation.
  • Multivariate Analysis: Apply statistical techniques, including conjoint, regression, segmentation, and perceptual mapping.
  • Innovate & Learn: Stay at the forefront of advanced analytics by implementing new statistical methods and techniques (e.g., Bayesian analysis, machine learning approaches).
  • Collaborate with Project Teams: Translate statistical insights into strategic recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure Data Quality: Maintain high standards in data precision, validation, and internal data checks.



What We’re Looking For:


Technical Skills:

  • · Strong proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SPSS, Lighthouse).
  • · Conceptual understanding of multivariate techniques (correlation, regression, factor analysis, segmentation, conjoint analysis).
  • · Experience handling datasets and ensuring data integrity.
  • · Some programming experience preferred (Visual Basic, Python, R, or equivalent).


Analytical Mindset:

  • · Ability to go beyond the numbers—understand the story behind the data.
  • · Strong problem-solving skills and creative application of statistical concepts.
  • · Capacity to apply statistical techniques across different studies and industries.
  • · Critical thinker who recognizes and challenges inconsistencies in data.
  • · Curiosity-driven: Interested in learning new methodologies and keeping up with industry advancements.


Qualifications:

  • · Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) in a quantitative field (Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related).
  • · 1-3 years of experience in a data-driven analytical role (or strong academic experience in relevant statistical methodologies).
