Application Support Engineer- Qatar

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Engineer with expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies to join our team in Qatar.

The ideal candidate will provide onsite support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for our applications while working closely with the development and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level support for applications built on the Microsoft .NET platform.
• Good Communication skills and
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with development teams to address and resolve bugs, performance issues, and functional gaps.
• Monitor and maintain web services, APIs, and other integrations to ensure seamless functionality.
• Perform regular system health checks and provide recommendations for system improvements.
• Document support cases, technical issues, and their resolutions for future reference.
