Senior Consultant Network and Infrastructure Security

Job Purpose:

The Senior consultant is an expert in his/her field who is responsible and empowered to provide governance and management of cyber security for company’s customer facing solutions and environments. He/She will ensure that systems are up to date, hardened and compliant with all applicable internal, external and regulatory requirements. This is to ensure the availability, confidentiality, and integrity of the organization’s systems.

Experience and Knowledge:

• 7 years of related experience within professional services, vulnerability management, and compliance monitoring.
• Demonstrated experience leading cybersecurity vulnerability management and analysis.
• Understanding of a variety of technical concepts with focus on on-premise/cloud environments, automation, networking, systems administration and information security best practices.
• Experience in vulnerability scanning, SEIM, penetration testing, network admission control, advanced malware protection and/or mobile device management.
• Experience in the design, implementation and operations of security technologies that includes, but not limited to: IDS/IPS Firewalls, Proxies, Load Balancers, DDoS, log analysis and SIEM
• Experience and knowledge of - PCI DSS, NIST, ISO 27001 & ISO 27002 is a plus.
• Moderate level working knowledge of ITIL processes
• Analytical mind and a detailed understanding of cybersecurity methodologies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information/Cyber Security, or related discipline.
• Certified Vulnerability Assessor (CVA), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).
• CISSP (Certified Information Security Professional) or CISM (Certified Information Systems Manager) is a plus.
• Expert or Professional level Network Security Certification from Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Juniper or any other major Network Security Provider.
