The Role

As a Fullstack AI Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in:

- Designing and developing robust applications and workflows integrating LLMs

- Collaborating with product teams to define AI features and plan the roadmap

- Exploring new ideas through rapid prototypes and experiments

- Contributing to the operation, optimisation, and scaling of deployed AI systems

What You'll Do

- Design and develop robust applications integrating Large Language Models

- Collaborate with product teams on AI feature definition and roadmap planning

- Create rapid prototypes for new ideas and conduct experiments

- Manage and optimise deployed AI systems for optimal performance

Requirements

- Experience in building and deploying complex web applications at scale

- Proficiency in Python and other programming languages

- Hands-on experience with LLM development frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex, beyond basic demos

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and collaborate within cross-functional teams

Desirable Skills and Qualifications

- Proficiency with observability tools and evaluation methods for generative AI systems

- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms for deploying scalable AI solutions

- Experience in local model deployment and fine-tuning

- Background in deploying software applications from concept to production

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- Experience in building and deploying complex web applications at scale (can be non AI)
