About the Role:

We're on the lookout for an Engineering Manager to lead our Engineering Team and drive our growth forward. As the Engineering Manager, you'll hold a pivotal role in our day-to-day operations, positioning yourself for exceptional career advancement opportunities within our Engineering team.

What You’ll Do:

• Take charge of Human Capital for the Project: overseeing hiring, retention, and termination, along with compensation plans and motivation strategies.
• Assist in defining and monitoring metrics and KPIs for the teams.
• Ensure correct execution of team coordination and development processes.
• Lead all Scrum ceremonies and ensure compliance.
• Foster a collaborative engineering culture aligned with our company values.

You Must Have:

• Over 10 years of experience in Software Development roles within relevant companies.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong Project Management skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
