Job Description

  • An Agile Coach is responsible for guiding and mentoring teams, individuals, and organizations in adopting Agile methodologies and best practices to drive improved productivity, collaboration, and efficiency.
  • This role requires expertise in Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, with the ability to help teams evolve towards a continuous improvement culture.
  • The Agile Coach works closely with stakeholders, facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring that teams have the tools, mindset, and processes to thrive in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the implementation of Agile practices across teams and organizations.
  • Provide hands-on coaching to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams.
  • Conduct Agile workshops, training sessions, and seminars for team members, leaders, and stakeholders.Conduct Agile workshops, training sessions, and seminars for team members, leaders, and stakeholders.Champion a culture of continuous improvement by guiding teams in identifying and solving issues.
  • Work with senior leaders to define Agile transformation strategies and metrics of success.
