As a Technical Consultant for our Industry Solutions Delivery division, you will be responsible for overseeing client-focused delivery of high-quality solutions and business outcomes. Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales Support: Collaborates with internal stakeholders to shape deals and draft proposals.
• Technical Delivery: Leads meetings, maps customer requirements, and manages project planning and implementation.
• Intellectual Property Management: Acts as an ambassador for IP consumption and improvement.
• Business Development: Identifies opportunities to expand or accelerate the adoption of Microsoft technologies.
• Readiness: Learns new technologies, obtains certifications, and mentors team members.
• Operational Excellence: Completes operational tasks, follows policies, and guides team members on compliance.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

Technical background in IT services is essential, along with preferred cloud experience (Microsoft Azure, AWS or GCP). You will have demonstrated skills leading teams designing and developing technology in the area(s) of specialization, to solve business problems and help customers enhance existing applications.

Your expertise should fall into one of the following functional areas

• Development & Application Lifecycle Management: experience developing enterprise-level solutions and implementing & testing secure and scalable applications using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Cloud development / migration experience is highly preferable.
• Infrastructure Migration Management: DevOps & Infrastructure as Code expertise with software collaboration and deployment tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub. Infrastructure deployments using Terraform, Gitlab, ARM Templates, YAML, PowerShell, Python or other scripting language, CI/CD, Unit/UI Testing. Technical knowledge on container orchestration & Security and identity knowledge. Data estate migration experience & experience in data transformation toolchain like ADF, STRIIM.

• Bachelor's Degree (B.S./B.A.) in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience
• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Design experience
• Relational database expertise (SQL experience is essential)
• Design Patterns and UML (preferred)
• Fluency in English is required
