In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

Within the Services business unit in the Front Office of a major banking client in France, in the Asset Management domain, the Business Analyst will be responsible for managing the evolution of several internal applications.

The mission is in an international context as part of the teams are located in France, part in Romania and one last in the Netherlands.

The objective is to be the privileged contact of our business line to capture new needs, analyze, assess and monitor them throughout the development process, while respecting IT processes (security and architecture).

All technical and functional documentation and a supporting analysis is also part of the mission.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Monitoring the progress and prioritization of topics in consideration of business value. It must therefore have a good functional understanding of its scope in order to be able to challenge the needs expressed and be a force for proposing appropriate solutions or processes.
• Manage the roll out of new requirements, test and documents new deployments
• Engage with and maintain relationships with other internal/group service providers, such as others IT departments.
• Work to improve local customer processes and IT experience
• Have an understanding of the architecture foundation on Cloud and tools used
  
  

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Have experience in Asset Management ( not mandatory)
• Have a strong customer focused orientation to ensure that client needs are addressed and resolved in accordance with service level agreements
• Good communication in French and English (French not mandatory)
• Have experience in Agile way of working
