Developer (Go/Golang)

Role Overview

As a Go/Golang Developer, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development of our platform's core services. You will collaborate with various departments to understand business needs and translate them into efficient, scalable technical solutions. Your expertise in Golang and backend technologies will be essential in ensuring the platform's stability, performance, and ongoing innovation.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and actively participate in architecting and developing core features for the platform's services.
• Understand the business requirements of multiple departments, stay updated with technological advancements, and deliver technical solutions aligned with business needs to ensure efficient and stable system operations.
• Take responsibility for researching and addressing technical challenges, resolving critical design, technical, and performance issues within the system.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in Golang development with strong coding skills and familiarity with mainstream Golang frameworks and components.
• Proficient in multi-threading, concurrent programming, network IO models, and database transactions.
• Solid understanding of Redis for efficient caching and data management.
• Experience with Kafka for building high-concurrency, real-time systems.
• Proficiency in AWS services and cloud-based application deployment.
• Fluency in Mandarin is essential, with proficiency in English being a plus.
