Agile Coach

A client is seeking a Remote Agile Coach to join the team in an Agile Center of Enablement.

The role will provide coaching to Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, as well as leaders on adopting product, Agile mindset, and execution. This role will also monitor effectiveness of the transformation journey and bring industry best practice to drive continuous improvement and sustainment of product management and Agile practices in the organization.

Must Have Certifications: SPC (SAFe Practice Consultant) And (CSM/PSM or CSPO/PSPO)

• 10 years experience with 4 years as an Agile Coahc
• Bachelors Degree
• Excellent training skills in classroom and in virtual setting using collaboration tools like Miro, or others.
• Experience with Agile Life Cycle Management Tool (AzureDevops) is a must.
