BI Developer

We're seeking a talented BI Developer with experience in Tableau to build and optimize BI solutions. In this role, you'll work closely with business teams to gather requirements, design data models, and create dashboards that provide actionable insights. Strong SQL skills and the ability to communicate technical solutions effectively are key to success in this position.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in developing BI solutions and data modeling, with hands-on experience in Tableau
Strong SQL skills and the ability to work with large datasets, perform complex queries, and optimize performance
Experience in data integration, working with various data sources to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data for BI reporting
Proven ability to work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and deliver impactful results
Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with diverse teams
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential
Experience in data visualization best practices and a deep understanding of how to present data in an actionable way for business decision-making

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain BI solutions using Tableau, creating dashboards and reports that support business decision-making
Build and refine data models that align with business requirements and ensure data accuracy
Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet those needs
Use SQL to extract, analyze, and visualize complex data sets, providing insights through intuitive reports and dashboards
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data integration and ensure reports reflect accurate, up-to-date information
Create clear documentation for BI reports, dashboards, and models to make them easy to understand and use
Provide ongoing support to users, ensuring they get the most value from BI tools, and assist with any troubleshooting
