Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead Game Engineer (Unity) to take ownership of game development from start to finish. You will be responsible for building high-quality, immersive gameplay experiences and ensuring smooth performance across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Game Development & Mechanics

• Develop, implement, and optimize game mechanics, physics, and AI logic.
• Create visually stunning effects and animations aligned with design goals.
• Seamlessly integrate UI elements, menus, HUDs, and game transitions.

✅ Performance Optimization & Scalability

• Optimize rendering pipelines, animations, and memory usage for peak performance.
• Ensure compatibility across various devices, resolutions, and screen sizes.

✅ Third-Party Integrations

• Integrate third-party SDKs and platform-specific APIs for iOS and Android.
• Manage real-time data flows between client and backend systems.

✅ Tooling & Automation

• Develop in-editor tools to streamline workflows for artists and developers.
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve development efficiency.

✅ Leadership & Mentorship

• Guide and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
• Establish coding standards, workflows, and best practices for client-side development.

Required Qualifications

🎮 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in gaming.

📱 2+ years working on mobile games with 50K+ daily active users.

⚡ Strong foundation in Unity and C#, with experience in front-end frameworks.

📈 Proficiency in agile development practices (Scrum, Sprints, etc.).

💡 Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

🤝 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote-friendly environment.

👨‍🏫 Passion for mentoring junior engineers and fostering a strong development culture.
