Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with various stakeholders across the business and solutions group to ensure timely completion of all projects and programmes
- Assist the PMO office in setting up the PMO structure including policies and procedures and associated technology tools for tracking of projects amongst all stakeholders
- Prepare relevant minutes of meeting and tracking outcomes of all projects
- Define KPI and business benefits of all projects and programmes and track them to closure (i.e. realization)
- Prepare and track all project plans including work breakdown tasks; identify project dependencies and track them to completion
- Prepare MIS reporting for senior management at various forums like steering committee, Board meetings and audit review meetings
- Introduce new project management tools and enhance existing project management tools in the Bank from a time to time basis
- Ensure timely compliance to all audit findings related to the Project Management Office and liase with various Bank’s internal teams such as Internal Audit, Finance - Audit, Compliance, Procurement and Info Sec team
- Ability to present facts and metrics relevant for business stakeholders and IT senior management and create powerful PowerPoint presentations
- Overseeing the entire portfolio of projects within the technology organization and monitoring and tracking programme and project progress and driving them to closure
- Create and maintain status reports and dashboards for senior management for organizational as well as programme level initiatives
- Provide guidance to project teams on various programme management policies and processes
- Self -starter who is good at taking initiative
- Good collaborator with ability to work with a diverse set of people
- Should have hands on experience on project management tools such as JIRA or Microsoft Project Online etc
