Product Manager

Product Manager - £105,000 - London-based or remote

We have partnered with a high-growth Series A Fintech startup, (funding includes YC and other leading investors) and we are looking to hire a very technical Product Manager.

They are impact-focused and are making a real change on real people and their livelihoods. They are now in growth mode and looking for a Product Manager, to work closely with engineering, research, commercial and customer teams to turn strategy into high product quality.

What you will be doing:

• Own product execution – write detailed product specs and manage the backlog
• Prioritise and manage engineering tickets, keeping teams unblocked and moving fast
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritise requirements
• Work with the Head of Product on roadmap planning and prioritisation
• Ensure product decisions are backed by data and user insights

Experience we are looking for:

• Experience in a high-growth or VC backed start-up
• Experience owning B2B products
• Deep understanding of product processes and fundamentals
• A problem-solver mindset, thriving in fast-paced environments
• Attention to detail and a process-oriented approach
• Collaborating with product engineers, product managers and leadership team

Nice to have:

• Fintech/payments/emerging markets experience
• French language skills
• Willingness to travel internationally to meet customers
