As a learning and development generalist at PwC, you will focus on designing and delivering innovative training programmes to enhance employee skills and knowledge. You will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and support of programs through our LMS (Learning Requests/Growth Centre/Vantage)
• Support the development of team processes, resources, job aids, work instructions and procedures to enable efficient ways of working
• Assist across projects and L&D initiatives and undertake any research as required
• Managing/coordinating tasks from multiple stakeholders
• Migrate data as needed and draft short, engaging summaries
• Maintaining quality of data through regular quality checks
• Run reports related to LMS activities

Oral and written proficiency in English required

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Knowledge/Skills

• Working within complex Learning Management System environments, ideally Cornerstone
• Project management/implementation experience with a client service mindset.
• Knowledge of learner registration processes
• Microsoft Office competency
• Understanding of NASBA Requirements
• Quickly synthesize information and provide a point of view
• Be able to effectively work remotely and in a team environment
• High attention to detail and quality
• Ability to focus on detailed, specific tasks with the understanding of how those tasks support a larger objective
• Understand the importance of have a correct information management
• Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection
