- Data entry and support of programs through our LMS (Learning Requests/Growth Centre/Vantage)
- Support the development of team processes, resources, job aids, work instructions and procedures to enable efficient ways of working
- Assist across projects and L&D initiatives and undertake any research as required
- Managing/coordinating tasks from multiple stakeholders
- Migrate data as needed and draft short, engaging summaries
- Maintaining quality of data through regular quality checks
- Run reports related to LMS activities

Required Knowledge/Skills
Oral and written proficiency in English required
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Knowledge/Skills
- Working within complex Learning Management System environments, ideally Cornerstone
- Project management/implementation experience with a client service mindset.
- Knowledge of learner registration processes
- Microsoft Office competency
- Understanding of NASBA Requirements
- Quickly synthesize information and provide a point of view
- Be able to effectively work remotely and in a team environment
- High attention to detail and quality
- Ability to focus on detailed, specific tasks with the understanding of how those tasks support a larger objective
- Understand the importance of have a correct information management
- Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection
- Correct Information Security Management
