YOUR TASKS

  • Reporting to the Head of Digital Channels, you will take ownership of backend development of transactional and mobile banking services from technical concept to implementation.
  • You will own what we build and take joint operational support responsibilities of our team's system. Helping monitor and optimize our production system.
  • You will jointly with rest of the team investigate 3rd level customer queries.
  • Implementing services as APIs that achieve our API strategy and roadmap.
  • Applying design patterns.
  • Collaboration with our devops team for the roll-out of applications in test and production environments.
  • Creation of technical concepts for those new APIs that we will build.
  • Close teamwork with Analysts, QA team members.
  • Taking your own initiative for continuous quality & technical improvements.


YOUR PROFILE

  • At least 5 years professional experience in Java
  • Of which at least 2 years experiences in Spring Boot / Micro services-based Java development
  • Excellent knowledge of Java and Microservices
  • Solid command of REST API design and development
  • Independent worker, while being a team player
  • Beneficial: Experience in Nginx, Istio, Envoy, Azure Kubernetes (AKS), Postgres, Helm v3+, GitHub
  • Required: Experience in Java 8+, Microservices, Gradle (or Maven), Jenkins, GIT, Spring Boot
  • Strong knowledge in identity and access management systems, with proven experience in Keycloak for authentication and authorization major is major special benefit

We guarantee a competitive salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications, starting at € 44476,88 gross per year for this position, in accordance with the respective collective agreement. Salary requests above this amount will be considered depending on your previous experience and qualifications.
