This position can be filled immediately for a period of at least 6 months.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Providing support to the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion team in the further development, communication and management of our DE&I strategy in close cooperation with responsible stakeholders
• Assisting in the planning, implementation and coordination of a wide range of DE&I campaigns and projects – from conception to implementation
• Assisting in the research, coordination, and deployment of the Employee Community's resources, communications, and trainings that move organizations & individuals into action
• Helping monitor the progress of campaigns in terms of time, cost and quality and take action in case of deviations
• Creating presentations, concepts and communication material to create awareness about DE&I within the organization, as well as support with research and benchmarking
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Student in the field of human resources, marketing, communication, social sciences or a related field
• Initial experience in the HR environment or DE&I projects is an advantage, ideally in an international company
• Fluent in English language, German proficiency desirable
• Passion for DE&I topics, ideally demonstrated through academic or volunteer experience
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and multinational team
• Talent for engaging and visual preparation of facts as well as the ability to familiarize oneself independently and quickly with new subject areas
• High motivation and initiative, enthusiasm for DE&I and project work is recommended
• Strong communication skills and a result-oriented way of working
