Frontend Developer - Angular and TypeScript

Cpl are supporting a dynamic client in their search for a a Frontend Developer with expertise in Angular to design, develop, and maintain web applications. In this role, you will collaborate closely with design and backend teams to deliver seamless, high-performance, and visually engaging user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using Angular.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to transform designs into functional code.
  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
  • Ensure UI/UX designs are technically feasible and implemented effectively.
  • Write clean, modular, and maintainable code adhering to best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and actively contribute to team knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure application reliability.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in front-end development.
  • Experience within the banking sector essential
  • Proficiency in Angular and TypeScript, with a solid understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous requests.
  • Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
  • Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Minimum Stamp 4 Visa
