Strategic Staffing Solutions International (S3I) client is a global, international, Canada-based

Fortune 500 company with over 130,000 employees in 26 countries and over 6 million served

customers per day around the globe. It is present in 50 US states, all Canadian provinces and

several European countries (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and the

Republic of Ireland). Currently they are looking for Senior Manager Loyalty Analytics.


Requirements:

  • Significant experience from working on the data and analytics side of customer loyalty programs. You need to show a good understanding for the technological enablers required to do good customer analytics and work with company's Global Tech teams to ensure the tech platform is fit for purpose.
  • A higher degree in an analytical discipline like Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or similar, preferred, but higher business degrees will also be considered.
  • 3+ years of experience delivering results from customer loyalty programs, preferably from a large sized retailer.
  • Experience from implementation of a CDP is a competitive advantage.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage a European team of customer and marketing analytics professionals.
  • Support the business team with data-driven insights, informing of opportunities and challenging of ideas.
  • Continuously push the boundaries for automation, simplification and commercial value of retail customer data.
  • Manage a roadmap with a mix of strategic, tactical and technical tasks in a way that align with company goals.
  • Be the data-driven partner to the Loyalty and Marketing teams, support them in their priorities, but also challenge and prioritize based on data and insights you and your team uncover.
  • Deliver all descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive analytics needs of company's loyalty and marketing programs.
  • Act as the owner and the key decision maker for all Loyalty & Customer Data and the related data value chain.
  • Drive the analytics effort to continuously increase the value generation from the loyalty program.
