Full Stack Engineer

You will be responsible for the development of scalable and user-friendly video post-processing systems that are integrated in clinical workflows and serve doctors and medical staff in hospitals and imaging centers worldwide. You will be working with complex medical videos and building solutions for automated analysis, interpretation and reporting to turn that complexity into simplicity for our end users.

Job description

We are looking for motivated and skilled individuals to join our R&D IT team at Ligence in Vilnius. As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects in a dynamic and supportive environment. 

Responsibilities:

- Contribute to the development of scalable backend systems

- Contribute to the development of user friendly frontend systems

- Maintain and optimize existing systems

- Conduct code reviews

- Make technical decisions on a feature level

- Work with the product team to ideate, implement and test new product features

Qualifications:

- 2-5 yrs experience in frontend and backend development

- 2-5 yrs experience with Python, JavaScript and/or TypeScript

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Nice to have:

- Experience with Docker

- Experience with AWS or other public cloud provider

- Experience with machine learning projects or video analysis

- Experience in developing software products in a regulated environment

- Experience working in healthtech
