About the Job:

Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights that drive real impact? We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our cross-functional product team. In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues from Product, Engineering, and Design (PEDX) to design, implement, and deploy digital products at scale. As part of our Data & Machine Learning job family, you'll work alongside Data Engineers, Data Analysts, and Data Scientists to shape data-driven decisions.

What You'll Do:

• Act as the lead Data Analyst within a multi-functional product team, driving data-informed decision-making.
• Perform complex data analyses in SQL to extract valuable insights from large datasets.
• Translate complex findings into actionable insights for business stakeholders, particularly in a peer-to-peer marketplace setting.
• Design, implement, and optimize data solutions to support business and product goals.
• Collaborate with engineers and data teams to ensure data quality, governance, and accessibility.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI (or similar visualization tools).
• Leverage statistical concepts to derive meaningful trends and forecasts.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in a mid-to-senior level role.
• Strong background in analytics, computer science, econometrics, or a related field (MS or equivalent preferred).
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets and databases.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI preferred).
• Excellent ability to translate complex data insights into business impact.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders.
• Hands-on, proactive mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience with dbt and Google Cloud is a plus.
• Knowledge of two-sided marketplaces is a plus.
