We are looking for a passionate and talented UI/UX Designer (on Figma) with an exceptional eye for aesthetics and a strong foundation in marketing principles.

You will be responsible for designing beautiful, intuitive, and high-performing web experiences that stand out. Your design will offer a seamless journey for our customers across web and mobile platforms.

Beyond UI/UX, you will also take ownership of creative design projects, ensuring visual consistency and high-impact branding across all channels. This includes designing display ads, banners, social media creatives, product packaging, and other marketing assets.

• Web & UI/UX Design:
• 
  
• Design landing pages, product pages, homepages, customer portals, and various website pages in Figma
• 
  
• Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes on Figma
• 
  
• Ensure mobile-first and responsive designs for an optimized experience across all devices
• 
  
• Create app mockups and user interfaces for digital platforms
• 
  
• Maintain creative consistency across all digital assets
• Visual & Marketing Assets:
• 
  
• Design banners, store icons, and image ads
• 
  
• Create animated and static ad creatives that align with performance marketing goals
• 
  
• Develop product packaging, user manuals, and marketing collateral
• 
  
• Provide briefs for product photoshoots to align visuals with branding
• 
  
• Maintain a cohesive brand identity across all touchpoints
• Creative Direction & Collaboration:
• 
  
• Provide design direction to junior designers and review their work
• 
  
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and development teams
• 
  
• Ensure all designs align with business goals, user needs, and brand vision

• High proficiency in Figma (wireframing, prototyping, UI kits)
• 
  
• Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
• 
  
• Experience designing for web and mobile applications
• 
  
• Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles
• 
  
• Strong grasp of CRO and UX/UI best practices

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design (eCommerce experience is a plus)

• Proven portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects, website designs, and marketing assets
• 
  
• Experience in designing user-friendly, high-converting landing pages
• 
  
• Knowledge of front-end principles (you don’t need to code but should understand how designs translate into development)
