Your Mission Will Be:

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of applications that support the company's processes using best practices for reliability, scalability, and security.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes across multiple environments;
• Manage Kubernetes clusters, including deployment, scaling, and monitoring of containerized applications;
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline development workflows and improve release cycles.

You Will Need:

• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer;
• Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes;
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI;
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Splunk;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (other languages are a plus);
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required.

Would Be Awesome If You Have:

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms, Azure is preferable, others are a plus;
• Experience in scripting and programming skills, in languages such as .NET, Python, Groovy, Shell, or Java.
