Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Python / R / Java - Rapid Growth Tech Company

We're working with a rapid growth tech company that are looking to revolutionize the construction industry. Currently going through a high growth phase (Looking to hire around 42 headcount across tech), this company are building an advanced platform that will use advanced AI/ML models and construction plans to suggest materials, order them and deliver them on-site, sustainably.

We're looking for Senior Machine Learning Engineers and you will be responsible for developing and training ML models, optimizing ML models for precise material requirements calculations. You will be implementing algorithms to keep AI behaviour wtihin the defines operational reanges and working with the product and development teams to ensure alignment of ML initiatives.

These are permanent full time positions that can be based in either Zurich Switzerland or Cambridge in the USA.

The USA position is only available is you are already in the US. If you are located anywhere else, visas and relocation support can be available to move to Zurich.

Hybrid / Remote working can be discussed in Zurich or US and flexible hours are also available but you must be hitting the deadlines.

Salaries are between 150,000-180,000 CHF + other benefits, but can go higher if needed.

For this Senior Machine Learning Engineer position, I'm interested in speaking to people with the following:

• A Masters or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics or Statistics
• A degree from a top 40 university ideally
• At least 5+ years industry experience in a machine learning engineer position
• Experience within a technology driven company/industry
• Experience with Python, R or Java
• Experience developing advanced algorithms
