Presently, an opportunity exists for a proficient and motivated HR Generalist.


Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled HR Specialist to join our team. This role is based at our headquarters in Mendrisio and will oversee HR-related functions across our international offices, including those in the USA, Italy, and Germany. The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing employee relations at the headquarters, as well as organizing and maintaining documentation for all international locations. Additionally, the role requires a strong focus on recruitment, utilizing major social media channels to attract top talent. The ideal candidate will bring a patient, organized, and problem-solving approach to their work and must have prior experience in a similar field.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage talent acquisition and recruitment processes across all company locations: sourcing candidates, conducting screening interviews, coordinating technical interviews, guiding salary negotiations, and handling background checks.
  • Oversee the employee onboarding process for all branches, including permits, visas, and insurance registration for foreign hires.
  • Administer compensation and benefits plans according to local regulations.
  • Organize and manage employee leave (vacations, parental leave, illness, retirement, and other absences) in compliance with Swiss labor law.
  • Assist in developing company policies and internal communication strategies.
  • Plan and organize training programs for employees in different departments.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and work towards effective solutions.
  • Develop initiatives to enhance employee motivation and engagement.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law, including permits, hiring processes, and social contributions.
  • Understanding of employment regulations in the USA, Germany, and Italy.
  • Italian native and fluent English speaking (mandatory).
  • Availability for international travel to company offices ( mainly USA, Germany, and India).
  • Minimum 7 years of proven experience in an HR role within a multinational environment.
  • 100% in-office presence required (8:30-12:30 / 13:30-17:30).
  • Ideal candidate age: 35-45 years old.
