What you will do:

  • Provide 1st line remote support for Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft Azure AD / Office 365, assisting with basic user issues and troubleshooting.
  • Manage incoming helpdesk tickets, resolve common problems (e.g., password resets, basic app issues), and escalate more complex issues to internal IT team members.
  • Liaise with internal IT staff to ensure efficient resolution of escalated issues, acting as a bridge between users and the technical team.
  • Take part in weekly IT Helpdesk calls to provide updates on tickets, share knowledge, and collaborate on improving support processes.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with users, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of issues.


Requirements & technologies:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a 1st line IT support or helpdesk role, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft Azure AD / Office 365.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex problems to internal IT experts.
  • Familiarity with ticket-based support systems and managing workflows in a fast-paced environment.
