Job Description:

  • Location: Fully remote, Central Europe Time Zone
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Languages: English is mandatory


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Automation:
    • Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools for efficient network management, utilizing Python (Netmiko), Ansible, Bash/Shell, and other relevant technologies.
  • Administration:
    • Design, implement, and manage secure and reliable LAN, WAN, and VoIP infrastructures.
    • Configure and maintain network devices, including switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, voice gateways, and monitoring tools.
  • Deployment:
    • Conduct final testing and deployment of LAN/WAN and VoIP solution
    • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for deployed solutions.
    • Oversee Data Center design, project management, and implementation, adhering to PRINCE2 methodology.
  • Operational Support:
    • Provide Tier 2 support, including request fulfillment, incident resolution, problem resolution, and preventive maintenance for VoIP services, Data Center LAN, and WAN environments.


Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of networking principles and protocols
  • Experience with network automation tools and scripting languages (Python, Ansible, Bash/Shell).
  • Hands-on experience with network devices (switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers).
  • Knowledge of VoIP technologies and protocols.
  • Familiarity with Data Center design and management.
  • Project management experience, preferably with PRINCE2 methodology.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
