Retail Operations Project Manager

As Retail Operations Project Manager, you will drive or contribute to strategic initiatives to enhance store operations and elevate the client and staff experience. You will lead cross-functional projects, streamline digital tools and implement process improvements. With a focus on change management, training, and performance metrics, you will ensure seamless adoption of new tools and initiatives. Your ability to collaborate across departments and adapt to evolving business needs will be key to success in this dynamic role.

Your role will be:

• Ensure that retail perspective is taken into consideration for all projects with impact in the stores through proper definition of relevant business requirements, considering as ultimate goal a seamless client and store staff experience.
• Ensure projects are progressing as per agreed timelines.
• Communicate status and progresses to top management and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure that proper tools, guidelines and training are delivered as results of a new project/ cross department process implementation – working strictly with the rest of the Retail Operations team and the Learning team.
• Responsible of driving the change management at all level of the organisation in order to guarantee a smooth move from a project to a “business as usual” mode and to ensure a proper adoption of newly launched tools or adaptation to newly implemented process.
• Redesign the retail services processes from a store and retail perspective Support the Retail Training team in the design of training material and E-Learning modules for the store teams.
• Ensure KPIs and performance management process are defined for every new initiative.
• Flexibility and adaptability, ensuring all the key stakeholders are on board and cooperate.

What is important for the role:

• 4+ years of experience in Retail Operations and/or, Internal control, Retail Excellence.
• Strong attention to detail and quality of execution. Process and Client oriented.
• Retail and technology experience is a plus.
• Proactive and curious – a very quick learner.
• Strong time management skills and ability to handle and prioritize multiple requests.
• Clear, timely and accurate communication and reporting.
• Working with a high degree of integrity and autonomy.
• This role requires some travel. Appropriate travel documentation required.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, as well as interface and manage external partners and vendors.
• Excellent project management skills, with the capability to split complex projects in sub projects.
• Comfortable working under pressure.
• A team player, but can work independently.
• Fluent in English. Spanish and/or any other language is a plus.
