Junior Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse business data to provide insights for decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions.
• Collaborate with business partners to understand their needs and drive data-driven changes.
• Assist in project coordination and requirements management.
• Work on business change initiatives to enhance efficiency.

Your Profile:

• A background in data analysis, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• A solution-driven mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to travel to the US occasionally for training and benchmarking.

Location Requirement:

This role requires you to be based in or near Luzern, or be willing to relocate.
