GROWTH ANALYST, PRODUCT

We’re hiring exceptional people to help and grow our game titles— and to dream up new ideas that will reach millions. In this role, you will be working in a fast-paced world with some of the smartest minds in the industry.

What you’ll be doing?

  • Analyze player data and in-game behavior to identify key opportunities for growth within the game, focusing on player engagement, retention, and lifetime value (LTV)
  • Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to assess the effectiveness of new features, game mechanics, and product changes. Use results to drive continuous improvement in user experience and game performance
  • Collaborate with the product team to identify and optimize monetization opportunities within the game, including in-game purchases, microtransactions and other revenue-generating strategies
  • Stay on top of industry trends and player behavior patterns to spot emerging opportunities for innovation and new feature ideas that can be leveraged to enhance player engagement and drive growth
  • Provide actionable, data-driven recommendations that influence product design, feature development, and strategic decision-making, ensuring that the product aligns with growth objectives and player needs

What you need?

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the gaming industry
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience with different programming languages
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
