Role Description

We are looking for a developer with skills and experience in MICROSOFT DYNAMICS.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Developer at Bizrahmed in Dubai. The role involves tasks such as software development, gateways, API integration, enhancing the system, changing workflows, CRM system management, integration with databases, and web services development to enhance customer interactions, reporting, data analysis and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be familiar with 365 Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
• Prefer to have experience with ERM and whatsapp software
• Prefer to have experience with chat bots
• Software Development skills
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) expertise
• Experience in Integration and Database management
• Proficiency in Web Services development
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Knowledge of healthcare industry CRM systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
