DevOps Engineer - Cloud Infrastructure (AWS & Kubernetes)

📍 Location: Mississauga, ON (3 days per week onsite, near Square One) MUST!!!!!

💰 Salary:

• Intermediate: $100K - $130K
• Senior: $140K - $150K
• 10% annual bonus + benefits package

About the Role

We are seeking 3 DevOps Engineers to join a high-performing team that builds and maintains scalable cloud infrastructure for a leading SaaS platform. This role is ideal for intermediate (3-5 years) and senior-level DevOps professionals passionate about AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and automation.

What You'll Do

✅ Cloud Infrastructure & Automation: Manage AWS (primary) and Azure (secondary) cloud environments, optimizing for performance, security, and scalability.

✅ Kubernetes & Microservices: Build, run, and scale Kubernetes (EKS), Istio, and Docker environments for highly available microservices.

✅ CI/CD & DevOps Tooling: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like ArgoCD, CircleCI, TeamCity, and Octopus Deploy.

✅ Monitoring & Observability: Implement and optimize monitoring tools like Prometheus, DataDog, and New Relic to ensure system health.

✅ Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Automate deployments and configurations using Terraform

What We're Looking For

🔹 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).

🔹 Strong AWS experience Azure exposure is a plus. (80% AWS and 20% Azure)

🔹 Expertise in Kubernetes (EKS), Istio, Docker, and microservices architectures.

🔹 CI/CD experience ( any of the following: ArgoCD, TeamCity, CircleCI, Fortify, SonarCloud, Octopus Deploy).

🔹 Proficiency in scripting (Python, Ruby, PowerShell) and IaC tools (Puppet, Terraform).

🔹 Development Experience

🔹 Strong troubleshooting skills across cloud, networking, and application layers.

🔹 Excellent communication and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
