Java / C# Developer (Finance | Trading | Buy-side | Software Engineer)

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in an enterprise-level development environment.
• Technical Skills:Proficiency in Java, C#, or both, along with strong object-oriented design skills.
• Knowledge of multi-threaded programming techniques and building service-oriented applications.
• Familiarity with enterprise messaging systems and cloud technologies like AWS.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• DevOps Knowledge: Experience with tools such as JIRA, Git, Jenkins, and Octopus Deploy.
• Bonus Skills:Familiarity with Agile software development concepts.
• Experience with test-driven development practices.
• Knowledge of web and mobile frameworks such as React JS and Angular.
• Understanding of financial markets, including the FIX protocol and various asset classes.
• Insight into post-trade lifecycle processes.
