Key Responsibilities:

Product Development Support

• Prepare PRD for straightforward product enhancements.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
• Regularly follow up with developers on progress to ensure timelines are met.
• Coordinate and participate in product testing phases to validate functionality.
• Assist with the product go-live process, including any necessary post-launch checks.

Client Product Enquiry Support

• Respond to and assist with resolving clients' product-related queries promptly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to find solutions for client issues and communicate resolutions effectively.
• Gather client feedback for potential product improvements or bug fixes.

Daily Operations

• Perform simple data processing tasks as required, such as compiling reports or updating internal records.
• Support team operations by handling routine administrative or operational requests.
