Your role
Do you have a passion for technology and want to delve deeper into the digital world? Do you want to turn your interest into a work experience? Join us in Qatar and play an active role in the evolution of the products that we build and support.

As a Tech Summer Intern, you’ll be working for 10 weeks in one of our engineering teams in Doha, Qatar. You will design and implement software solutions based on customer needs and requirements. Along with our team of engineers you will work together to build and support our Enterprise applications and:

• provide technology solutions that will solve business problems and strengthen our position as digital leaders in financial services
• analyze business requirements to provide personalized, relevant, seamless solutions for our clients
  
  

Your team
You'll be working in our engineering teams in Doha, Qatar working for Wealth Management, Personal and Corporate Banking and develop your skills and network. Working alongside our engineers and businesses stakeholders will allow you to gain a wider perspective on technology and how it’s used in the financial industry. With the daily tasks, code review, analysis discussion, you’ll be supported by a buddy.

Your expertise

• a bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, Information technology or student of related discipline.
• a current university student, in your penultimate year
• a valid residency permit in Qatar
• good communication, planning and organizing skills
• a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality with a flair for tech, data and analytics
• an interest in IT and application development with a proactive personality
• an interest in working in a fast-paced international agile environment as a pod member involved in a day-to-day tasks
• first experience with the cloud architecture and programming languages (e.g., Java, Javascript, C#, C++, Python, HTML5, React, etc.)
• very good English (written and spoken)
