HR and Office Coordinator

We're looking for a motivated and experienced HR and Office Coordinator who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success. This role is a hybrid of administration and HR tasks and is based in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

• Cooperating with external payroll provider and supporting monthly payroll preparation process
• Holding responsibility for employment documents (contracts, annexes, terminations, benefits)
• Monitoring the flow of documents and information in the Kyiv office
• Taking care of the administrative budget, shopping expenses, etc.
• Organizing company events
• Cooperating with external suppliers and building administration
• Issuing company equipment to employees and controlling returns
• Overseeing contracts with suppliers
  
  

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

• You have higher education: Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business, Administration, Finance etc.
• You have experience in a similar position
• You are ready to work from the office most of the time (required)
• You are well-organized, pro-active, reliable, and attentive to detail
• You are fluent in Ukrainian and have good understanding of English
• You are familiar with MS Office
