Job Description

Experienced in deploying, managing, and optimizing Kubernetes clusters using Rancher's RKE tool. Responsibilities often include cluster provisioning, configuration, and ensuring high availability. Expertise in container orchestration, Rancher's ecosystem, and Kubernetes best practices.

Proficient in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible and possess knowledge of cloud-native technologies. Strong problem-solving skills, automation.

(1.) To ensure customer engagement or satisfaction and reference ability

(2.) To plan for Program and Delivery Management and ensure that the agreed deliverables in terms of margin are met.

(3.) To anchor process improvement or compliance (human error reporting) and other organizational initiatives (automation , Lean IT implementation)

(4.) To guide, manage, develop, engage the team thereby ensuring employee retention

(5.) To ensure upskill or creation of resources through internal academies or trainings and growth rotation
