Chief Technology Officer

Upcoming role Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for company based in Europe with up to 50% international travel.

Must have a PhD or Master’s in Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. 15+ years of experience in technology leadership, implementation, tech transfer and scale up. Expertise in biopharma, etc and bringing new R&D products to the market. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale technical projects. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage investors, partners, and executive leadership

Responsible for leading production scale up, R&D and manufacturing process development. Play critical role in building a strong team, advancing the company’s technology, and scale-up, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving commercialization efforts.
