We are searching for a talented SAP SLP ARIBA (Supplier Lifecycle and Performance) functional consultant with 8-10 yrs of experience. Responsible for leading complex implementation projects, delivering high-quality solutions, and ensuring that SAP Ariba SLP is effectively integrated and optimized to meet our clients' specific business needs. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP Ariba SLP, the procurement lifecycle, and a proven ability to deliver successful, client-focused solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Project duration: 5 months

Roles/ Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP Ariba SLP implementation projects, from requirements gathering and solution design to system configuration and deployment.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements and challenges, providing expert advice and creating tailored strategies for supplier lifecycle management.
• Design and configure SAP Ariba SLP solutions, focusing on supplier onboarding, qualification, performance evaluation, and risk management.
• Manage integration efforts between SAP Ariba SLP and other SAP solutions (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Ariba Procurement), ensuring seamless functionality across the enterprise. Understanding of CIG, CI9, XI and PO/PI solutions and helping on the definition of the integration through the several models.
• Oversee data migration efforts and develop data strategies to ensure smooth transition and accuracy across systems.
• Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise on SAP Ariba SLP best practices, ensuring clients derive maximum value from the platform.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, providing leadership in technical and functional aspects of project execution.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (technical, business, and change management) to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
• Lead client workshops and training sessions, ensuring knowledge transfer and empowering clients to manage their SAP Ariba solutions independently post-implementation.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, providing ongoing support and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP Ariba developments and industry trends, proactively identifying opportunities for clients to leverage new features and functionalities.

Skills/Experience Requirements:

Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP) implementations, with a focus on large, complex projects.
• Expertise in configuring and deploying SAP Ariba SLP solutions, including supplier onboarding, qualification, performance management, and supplier risk management.
• Good understanding of SAP Ariba On-Demand solutions, both Upstream (Sourcing, Contracts, etc.) and Downstream (Procure to Pay, Invoicing, Ariba Procurement Content, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba Procurement solutions and integration with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and other ERP systems through g of CIG, CI9, XI and PO/PI solutions.
• Proven experience leading and managing client engagements, including requirements gathering, solution design, project management, and post-implementation support.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering successful solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and share knowledge in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• SAP Ariba certifications are highly preferred.
• Project management experience and/or certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) is a plus.
• Spanish and English languages
