We are looking for a dedicated and experienced AI Lead to guide and lead our team and AI initiatives. You will be responsible for managing the team, planning, executing AI projects and making sure our AI solutions deliver real value as well as playing a crucial role in shaping our AI strategy.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead, mentor, and manage our AI team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture
• Develop and implement the AI team’s roadmap, identifying opportunities for innovation and driving AI initiatives that align with organizational strategies
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and compliance with technical and stakeholder requirements
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and IT departments, to align AI initiatives with broader business objectives
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience leading a successful machine learning team, with a proven ability to deliver impactful projects
• Strong product and business mindset, with an understanding of how AI can create value
• Deep understanding of AI technologies, machine learning models, and data science best practices
• Familiarity with AI tools, frameworks, and cloud platforms
• Experience working in global environments or with diverse teams is a plus
