About this opportunity:
Take the lead in technological advancement as our Supply Chain Planner. You will play a central role in planning and preparing our supply chain and materials availability for our new products portfolio. This role will challenge your ability to manage multiple products supply chain planning, working with many Ericsson global stakeholders from design functions, other factories and centralized warehouses to ensure adequate levels of materials availability for projects teams.
This is a full-time hybrid role (min 3 days per week on site) at our Peterburi tee 66 Tallinn office.

Take the lead in technological advancement as our Supply Chain Planner. You will play a central role in planning and preparing our supply chain and materials availability for our new products portfolio. This role will challenge your ability to manage multiple products supply chain planning, working with many Ericsson global stakeholders from design functions, other factories and centralized warehouses to ensure adequate levels of materials availability for projects teams.

What you will do:
- Provide & drive Bill of Material (BOM) analysis: content, vendor status, cost, changes, risk-buy etc.
- Provide input into BOM changes
- Create and control material procurement plan and initiate purchasing of material for Proto, Pre-series, and Ramp-up
- Attend project related meetings and provide information to the project manager
- Set up interfaces with Internal and External stakeholders
- Ensure demand correctness in MRP system
- Align verification plan with the project schedule and control related activities
- Be a driver of excess material & scrapping of Obsolete
- Critical material escalation
- Represent SCM in projects
- Performing short-term and long-term material capability analysis, providing ramp-up and commitment numbers
- Providing NPI build input to production planners based on stakeholder input
- Involvement in pre-GPP and GPP analysis
- Resolve product allocations and escalations by participating in relevant process
- Other tasks critical to the business
- Previous experience in Supply Chain Management and Planning in a global setting
- Previous experience working in fast based, complex and high pressure supply environment
- Knowledge of SAP, ELIZA and CON applications
- Mid to advanced level user of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Higher education (Bachelor´s or Master´s degree) in Supply Chain Management, BA, MBA
- High proficiency in English language
- A solution driver mindset and outcome focused
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
