Senior SW Engineer

Job Description

We are now looking for a Senior SW Engneer to join our team in Espoo, Finland. In this role, you will be responsible for software development for base station Layer 1 (L1) software. This position also includes a partial Local Product Owner (LPO) role, dedicating approximately 20% of your work time to this responsibility, while the remaining 80% will focus on software development.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

As part of our team, you will:

• Develop and maintain high-quality software for base station L1 SW.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Act as a Local Product Owner (LPO) for 20% of your time, ensuring alignment with product requirements and stakeholder expectations.
• Participate in agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  

Key Skills And Experience

You have:

• Proven experience in software development, particularly in embedded systems or telecommunications
• Strong proficiency in programming languages: C/C++
• Understanding of signal processing
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Experience with agile development methodologies
