We are looking for a senior Software Developer to work on the development of a large-scale project for an insurance company in the USA. This is a great opportunity to work on a complex, high-impact system that will enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of insurance operations.

YOU WILL:

  • Be writing reusable, testable, and efficient code;
  • Analyze, clarify, and understand project requirements;
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes;
  • Ensuring that best coding practices are followed;
  • Support team members in achieving common goals.


What We Expect You Will Bring

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in software development;
  • At least 5 years of hands-on React experience;
  • Strong knowledge of Typescript;
  • Fostering excellent collaborative working relationships in Agile teams and multi-brand ecosystems;
  • Exellent communication skills;
  • Fluent in English and Lithuanian.

For this role, we offer a NETO (after taxes) salary range of 2200 - 3500 Eur for a senior developer. The final salary agreement is based on skills and experience.
