Senior Platform Engineer

Your job as … 

As a Platform Engineer at our grid, you play a key role in realising ABN AMRO's strategy of being a personal bank in a digital age. You will be working within the interdisciplinary Powertrain team. The Powertrain team is responsible for creating the building blocks for the pipelines of the mobile applications. We develop tools to enable teams to build and manage their own pipelines.

You work on, for example, developing new features to the CLI tool we developed to enable teams to manage their pipelines and supporting other colleagues who have questions/issues with building their pipelines.

Must have:  

• Experience with a modern programming language (Java, Kotlin, Swift, Go, Rust, etc.)
• Willingness to develop in Kotlin
• Being able to quickly switch context (language and application)
• Experience with Android and/or iOS development
  
  
  

Good to have: 

• Experience with Kotlin
• Experience with scripting languages like Ruby (+ Fastlane), Python and Bash,
• Experience with Azure, Ansible and familiarity with infrastructure automation
• Working in an agile environment (Kanban)
