Product Manager - Onboarding

What is the role about?

Bitvavo is the largest crypto exchange in the Netherlands and one of the leading exchanges in Europe. We are looking for a Product Manager to own key segments of our customer journey, from acquisition and onboarding to trading and customer excellence. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, QA, and Marketing to shape product vision and strategy, delivering impactful features across web and mobile. There are several positions available within this team, and we would like to discuss together with you which area will be the best for you to focus on.

How will you make an impact?

• Define and deliver strategy by aligning your team’s roadmap with broader company goals
• Research and analyze market trends and user feedback to uncover new growth opportunities
• Use quantitative and qualitative data to guide product decisions and feature development
• Prioritize effectively and ensure timely launches of new features and improvements
• Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing to drive end-to-end product delivery

• Passion for crypto and blockchain, staying up to date with emerging trends
