Project Manager

A leading chemical industry company is looking for a Senior Project Manager with a strong infrastructure and network background to manage the deployment of new datacenters. 📌 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and maintain the Project Plan (scope, schedule, budget, resources, and communication).

✅ Manage tasks, dependencies, and issue resolution, escalating when necessary.

✅ Lead the project team, ensuring alignment with objectives and timelines.

✅ Oversee scope, risks, and change management.

✅ Secure and allocate the necessary resources for project completion.

✅ Provide status updates and insights to the Program Team.

✅ Prepare, document, and obtain approval for all project deliverables.

✅ Collaborate with technical teams and architects to define the solution.

✅ Manage vendors, procurement, and financial tracking.

✅ Act as the main point of contact between technical teams, stakeholders, and IT providers.

✅ Ensure proper documentation and compliance with project standards.

🎯 Requirements:

✔ 5+ years of experience in IT Project/Program Management.

✔ Experience working with global remote teams.

✔ Proven ability to manage multiple IT providers within a project.

✔ Agile mindset, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.

✔ Strong leadership, organization, and stakeholder engagement abilities.

✔ Fluent English (spoken and written).

➕ Experience with datacenter deployment, hosting, cloud, or on-prem migrations.
