Job Description:
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced consultants Manager to join our People operations transformation Rewards team covering the topics of Compensation, Variable Pay and Benefits. The ideal candidate will have a working experience and background in variable pay, benefits, and/or compensation management, with hands-on experience using ServiceNow, and Success factors.
Our Total Rewards team, you are working with the HR Transformation project (People Operation Transformation) in close collaboration with stakeholders in global as well as with stakeholders from the matrix.
This means you will:
• Understand global HR processes designed, get familiarized with the global template and global decisions to be able to understand end-to-end solution design
• Work with global process owners and product owners to analyze local requirements and identify LFR needs that need to be embedded within global design legal, fiscal, and regulatory requirements
• Advise on solutions to local business requirements, liaise with internal stakeholders to confirm understanding of legal, fiscal, and regulatory requirements and solutions proposed
• Lead preparation and content creation for fit to standard workshops and local design validation workshops with each country
• Prepare impact analysis for change requests
Please be aware that the stakeholders and the team is working in European Timezone.
Requirements:
Knowledge/experience working with processes, preferably in Total Rewards incl. knowledge of typical HR processes, considerations, decisions, and components requires for a successful HR process transformation project
Previous experience working on transformation projects with complex requirements
Advisory experience in helping define solutions to business requirements in a global HR transformation context
Experience with leading yourself in a complex and unknown area
Independent management of stakeholders and development of content required for local design
Collaboration within and across all workstreams to drive progress against the plan
Hands-on knowledge of GlobalView and SuccessFactors is mandatory.
Experience from working with ServiceNow is mandatory.
